Working principle of the Stainless steel ball valve: The workers can rotate the stem to open or closed the valves. the rotation angle of this forged ball valve can be 90°,so we can open or close the valve in short time,  this type of ball valves can make to full bore and reduced bore.sealing performance of the forged ball valve is very good and convenience to repair.the highest pressure can reach to 900LB and the biggest size can reach to 20".so scope of application is very broad,it apply to oil ,chemical and natural gas.

1.This type of the stainless steel ball valve  has a simple structure,that usually use on chemical engineering and water supply and drainage areas,that also use on low pressure pipeline,the highest pressure up to 300LB(PN64), so the weight of the cast steel ball valve is lighter than forged ball valve,of course, the price is lowest than other ball valves.so this type of the ball valve has bigger market in the world


2.All of our ball valve are antistatic design. between the ball and seat triboelectrification when we open or closed the ball valve.on account of the seat and packing usually use the PTFE material,the static electricity can not through the stem to the body, so we we need install a metal hoodle, the static electricity just past the stem and  metal hoodle to the body.thus Eliminate the static electricity.


3.All of our ball valve are fire safety design.we usually use the PTFE as a seat, the PTFE seat will melt and the medium will through the valve leakage out  when the fire happened,so we need make a meatal seat installed in the back of the PTFE seat, the metal seat can continue to seal when the PTFE seat melting.


4.All of our ball valve can installation of electric actuators and pneumatic actuators

The top flange of the ball valve designed to ISO5211,which is convenient for connection and exchange of various drivers,the common driving types are manual, electrical, pneumatic and pneumatic/ hydraulic.
